i see what joon is saying but instead find that oftentimes the lay press over interpret the medical literature and attribute conclusions to studies that were never in fact claimed by the original researchers. 

oftentimes the larger studies do employ statisticians to vet their methods....but people sometimes fail to realize that statistical significance doesn&#039;t always imply clinical or real world significance.</description>
