It does take about 10-15 minutes extra, but it basically trades off with the time I used to spend every day to shampoo/condition. And shaving frequently reminds me to use a skin conditioner to maintain my scalp. @RohoMech: Awesome. Totally awesome.

One of the reasons i still use a clipper without a guide rather than shave my head completely with a razor is that...i'm concerned with the maintenance. If i want, I can cut it every week, two weeks or even three and it will still look relatively neat. How often do you have to shave your head now that you're completely bald? Looks good!
