		<description>Here is an argument for NOT burning bridges: I worked with someone who no matter what you said or did, made me feel disliked, dismissed and unappreciated. I remained civil unconditionally and that person eventually left his place of employment. Several years later, we were brought together in a new venture. The person was now in a position to share mutual business benefits and passed them along to me as a result of my previous unconditional respect and appreciation.</description>

		<description>Another way to look at it is by not burning your bridges you give yourself a way out, then your not committing as fully as you could have. In other words, when you&#039;ve got no escape route there&#039;s no other option but to fight.</description>
