		<description>A friend just sent me a link to this.  I have to dispute your notion of using Calories or Daily Value to tell you how much fat is in something.  If someone tells me that something is 35% fat, then that means to me that 35% of the stuff is indeed fat (which is certainly not the case with milk).  The only valid ways to give a percent of how much X is in Y is either by weight (mass) or volume.  Any other ratio is not really a &quot;how much is in there?&quot; kind of number.  Calories from Fat is a helpful piece of info to consider, but not for saying &quot;how much fat is in there?&quot;  Thanks.</description>
