		<description>I&#039;m in my sixteenth year of a degenerative incurable condition. Extensive experience has taught me that health insurance companies set most of the rules of the game. About half of Americans seem to have had so little experience with health care that they believe that because they&#039;re paying premiums, perhaps on a premium policy, they&#039;ll have coverage for the care that their doctor recommends when the time comes.
