I've been using it for a while. If I recall, when they send you an email letting you know they're about to ship your next order, they have a link you can click to totally cancel the subscription and another link you can click to just cancel the next shipment. Very cool. But they are doing an awful job marketing this program. It's hard to find on their website. And even though I use the service I still struggle to find it. Since they know I use it, they should make it more salient for me. I love this program. I’ve been using it for a while.
